I saw a blog post about a game called "Tribal Wars" come up from Ubuntu Planet recently, and decided I'd try it.
Tribal Wars is a cool sort-of turn based sort-of real time strategy game. I really like it. From the front page:
Tribal Wars is a browser-based game set in the Middle Ages.
Every player controls a small village, striving for power and glory.
Anyway, the reason it came up on the Ubuntu planet is, that someone has started an "Ubuntu" tribe. I joined on Friday, and almost instantly became a fan. Its fun :D
They've currently run low of space in the tribe, but that should ease fairly shortly. Why don't you join? We're on World 9, spread out across all of the continents.
