Permanent scrollbars

For any web-designers reading, This is a useful blog entry, detailing how to get the scrollbar to appear all the time on your website. Personally, we use this method:

html { 
height: 100%; 
margin-bottom: 0.01em;
}

Down side is that it doesn't work in Opera. Since opera doesn't have enough of the browser-market for us to worry about, thats not a problem, although it may be for you. The link has a discussion in the comments on the pro's and cons of the various methods.
